Pricing

• $300 per ADPA member (through October 5)
• $325 for late registration (October 6–31)

Instructions

1. Complete the registration form separately for each attendee.
2. After filling out the form, click Add to Cart to save that registration.
3. Repeat the process for each additional registrant.
4. When all registrations have been added, select Cart or Checkout from the top menu to finalize your registration.
