New Orleans is very busy the last week of October/first week of November due to Halloween, so we recommend booking your travel well in advance! DEMA has five hotel blocks, which can be located at this link: DEMA Show 2026 Hotel Savings . There are also many other hotels and AirBNBs located throughout the city where you may be able to get a lower rate.

We’re seeking passionate speakers for the Symposium. If you have a topic to share, complete the Speaker Request PDF that was emailed out through the Google Group and send it to symposium@adpa.org by Friday, July 31st, 2026. Not sure about your topic? Reach out to us to discuss! Speakers will receive a $25 discount on Symposium registration or can choose to donate it to the Brett Dodson Scholarship.
