Diversity in Diving – PDV 2023

Part one of our diversity panel will feature a keynote address from Courtlandt Butts, DSO with the National Association of Black Scuba Divers, followed by two presentations from DSOs from within ADPA. Lissette Bayona will speak on collaborations and funding opportunities for diversity initiatives and Ashley McCarthy will present on generational biases within the aquarium dive community and the effects of age discrimination.
